Primary sockets no. 1 & 2 can be set to "operate through remote control" or to be "always on". Turning mode selector switch no. a & b towards arrow direction can receptively set sockets no. 1 & 2 to be "always on" for the appliances which need continuous power supply. For example we recommend the Television in the "always on" mode for these primary sockets.
Secondary sockets no. 3, 4, 5 & 6 are always operated through remote control. These should be used for appliances which do not need to be on all the time. For example we recommend DVD player, Audio system etc for these secondary sockets.

1.Place the infrared sensor in a position where it will be able to receive a signal from your remote control.Plug the board into the wall socket.

2.Keep pressing the learning button for three seconds.Now the learning indicator turns from red to orange.Then release the button.The learning button will turn green.Aim your remote control at the infrared sensor and press any key of your remote control(Here we recommend the ON/OFF key).Press the key again when the green indicator flickers.Then the green indicator will keep shining.Now the learning process has been finished.

3.Plug any appliance,associated with the remote control you previously used into the socket.If you want it always on, plug your appliance into the primary sockets, switch towards the arrow direction at the same time.We recommend the TV and PC use these sockets.

4.Plug any appliance that can make standby savings into the secondary sockets,such as digital set top box,DVD speaker etc. The secondary sockets always controlled by the remote,no matter where the switch towards.

5.Place the Television into the primary socket,If you want the on/off status controlled by the remote,then turn the switch to the opposite arrow direction.

6.To test,press any button you previously used on the remote and the board will supply power to the items plug in.To turn off simply press the button on your remote again.Then turn your Television off and the board will cut power within 10 seconds automatically.
Attention:
After setting well the learning button of your remote control, you can switch On/Off your enery savor by pressing the set key of your remote control.The interval between two times of pressing the remote control must be three seconds or more,in case of any damage on the relay. Otherwise it will not work.
